18 N/A: MADN AGM with Woirkshop and Hafla N/A May 18, 2019 The MADN AGM will be held at The Old Bath House 12.45-14.45 on May 18th at the Old Bath House, 205 Stratford Road, Wolverton, Milton Keynes. If you would like to join the committee or have something to put forward for discussion, please get in touch before April 30th. The meeting will be followed also at The Old Bath House, by “Choreography Toolbox” a practical workshop with Becca Lavery (a bargain at £15) from 15:00-17:00 then a Hafla at 19:30, ten minutes down the road at Kings Centre in Milton Keynes, Creed St, Wolverton, Milton Keynes MK12 5LY. £8 audience (£5 for dancers and MADN Members). Bring a dish to share and book your workshops and dance slots asap as spaces fill quickly. Becca Lavery: short bio - Fuchsia is a fusion belly dancer based in Milton Keynes. She is a Cultvation graduate in Rachel Brice's 8 Elements and has completed Staples and Generate in Amy Sigil's S.I.G.I.L programme. She has had the privillage to study with incredible dancers including Sharon Kihara, Samantha Emanuel, Ariellah, Alexis Southall, Fulya and many more. In addition to belly dance she studies contemporary and butoh. Shes loves exploring intense emotion and expression in her dancing and believes deeply that every dancer has their own unique voice and movement that she loves to enable and experience. More
