18 N/A: AGM MAY 19th RED LODGE MILLENNIUM CENTRE N/A March 18, 2018 MAY 19th 2018 AGM and HAFLA! There's a 'Shimmy In Spring' hafla in the air and with it comes our AGM. It will be at Red Lodge Millennium Centre: Lavender Cl, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 8TT Everyone is invited!! Come and join us 2.30 - 4.30pm for the AGM. If you wish to stand for the committee, or you you have anything to raise for the AGM, please notify the Chair no later than April 15th 6 - 11 p.m.(chair@mosaicdancenetwork.org or 07949 850322) If you are unable to attend you can vote by post: 13, Union St, Norwich NR2 2SL. This should reach the Chair by midnight on May Day. Committee members are as seen on the website and any new nominees will be announced April 16th in time for you to vote. Once the business is finished, we'll dance the night away. The hafla is from 7 till late, all dance styles welcome. Bring a smile and a dish to share. You can send your music in, by May 1st, to alanlongservices@freenetname.co.uk Alan will play the music and film the occasion! MADN members get an *exclusive price of £5* for the hafla.
